HOW TO SIGN UP AN ACCOUNT

Here are the steps to Signup

  • Step 1: Go to http://www.africanies.com/logistics in your browser or scan the barcode with your phone camera
  • Step 2: Click on export
  • Step 3: Click on Sign Up button
  • Step 4: Select a category that best suit you {New Customer button / Old Customer button}
  • ​Step 5: Select “New Customer,” Click continue button
  • Step 6: Select the category which you want the account created on {Individual​ / Business}
  • ​Step 7: Fill in your detail {First Name, Last Name, Middle Name, Phone Number, Email Address, Create Password}
  • Step 8: Click on Create account (N/B: A unit number will be generated for you immediately)
  • Step 9: Check your email for a verification message from Shiptonaija and open it
  • Step 10: Follow the instruction in the email to verify your email address
  • ​Step 11: Your account has been created successfully
  • Step 12: Log in with your email and password created

HOW TO SIGN INTO AN ACCOUNT

  • Step 1: Enter the email you created in the email address box
  • Step 2: Enter the password you created in the password box
  • Step 3: Click on Login button​

HOW TO CREATE A SHIPMENT

Here are the steps to Create Shipment

  • Step 1: Log into your account
  • Step 2: Click on create shipment on your dashboard
  • Step 3: Fill in the detail of the sender {Full address, First Name, Last Name, Address Line, 1, Address Line 2 (Landmark), Phone Number}. ​N/B: the country, state, city, zip code, will be filled automatically after filling your full address.
  • Step 4: Click on next step
  • ​Step 5: Fill in the details of the receiver {Full address, First Name, Last Name, Address Line, 1, Address Line 2 (Landmark), Phone Number}. ​N/B: the country, state, city, zip code, will be filled automatically after filling your full address.
  • Step 6: Click on next step
  • ​Step 7: Fill in the delivery information {Select warehouse, Delivery type, Vehicle Type}
  • Step 8: Click on continue
  • Step 9: Fill in the detail of your item {I.Length ii. Width iii. Height iv. Weight}
  • Step 10: Click on Add item to describe {I.Item name ii. Item category iii. Weight iv. Quantity you want to ship v. Unit value vi. Description}
  • ​Step 11: Click on upload invoice
  • Step 12: Click on continue

HOW TO BOOK PICK UP

Here are the steps to Book Pick Up

  • Step 1: Create your shipment
  • Step 2: Click on the small button that says by confirming you have read the shiptonaija use and privacy policy
  • Step 3: Select a category {I.Go back to shipment (To Pay later) OR II.Pay now}
  • Step 4: Click on pay now
  • Step 5: Select mode of payment {I. Card II. Transfer III. PayAttitude}
  • Step 6: Make payment​. N/B: You will get an email & sms immediately you make a payment

HOW TO UPDATE YOUR KYC/ TWO FACTOR AUTHENTICATION

Steps to Update your KYC/ Two step authentication

  • Step 1: Go to settings on your dashboard
  • Step 2: Click on KYC
  • Step 3: Select passport photograph.
  • Step 4: Click on the arrow icon to take an instant picture of yourself
  • ​Step 5: Click on upload
  • Step 6: Select valid means of identification
  • ​Step 7: Select your preferred ID type {voters card, international passport, drivers license, national ID card}
  • Step 8: Fill in unique ID number of your Id type selected
  • Step 9: Click on the first column to upload the front picture of your ID type
  • Step 10: Click on the second column to upload the back picture of your ID type
  • ​Step 11: Click on upload. N/B: You have to wait a while for your KYC uploads to be validated by an admin

Two step authentication

  • Step 1: On your settings
  • Step 2: Click on security
  • Step 3: Toggle on the Activate 2FA button
  • Step 4: Use your phone camera to scan the barcode that is shown. (immediately a unique number will be sent to your phone to save).
  • ​Step 5: Fill in the number in the dash spaces created
  • Step 6: Click on verify

HOW TO MAKE PAYMENT FOR A SHIPMENT

Steps to Make Payment for Shipment

  • Step 1: Go to shipment
  • Step 2: Click on view shipments
  • Step 3: Click on the pay icon on the action column.
  • Step 4: Select your preferred carrier for shipping {Air express, Air basic, Ocean Basic}
  • ​Step 5: Click on continue button
  • Step 6: Select mode of payment {I.Card​ II. Transfer ​III. PayAttitude}. N/B: An sms will be sent with your tracking number as soon as payment is made and the waybill.
  • ​Step 7: Click on go back to shipment
  • Step 8: Click on the 3 dots in the Action column on the shipment you paid for and select invoice to download.

HOW TO TRACK SHIPMENT

Here are the steps to Track shipment

  • Step 1: Go to your dashboard
  • Step 2: Check if the total shipments paid is complete
  • Step 3: Check on the shipments transits column to see the number of shipment on transit
  • Step 4: Check on the delivered shipments to see how many of your shipment are delivered

HOW TO RECTIFY REJECTED SHIPMENT

Steps to Rectify rejected Shipment

  • Step 1: Login to your dashboard
  • Step 2: Go to cancelled shipments to see the number of rejected shipment
  • Step 3: Click on shipment on your dashboard.
  • Step 4: Click on view shipment to see which of the shipment is cancelled
  • Step 5: Check your approval status
  • ​Step 6: Click on the redo button on the action column. N/B: after loading the page the information why it was rejected will be displayed
  • Step 7: Following the steps shown to get it accepted
  • Step 8: Make sure you check your filled documents thoroughly before submitting
  • Step 9: Click on the continue/confirm button to resubmit
